Challenge your score here but please be truthful!
Game List
- All previous
participations of all games have been reset! Welome to play again! Only
one score of each user will be registered each time! Hence only the last
value you challenge will be saved and displayed! Feel Free to try again
and again! First,
we would like to mention the following points common to the various games
we suggested. (1)
The score: For each and
every game, there will be a score that the user can try to best achieve.
Subsequently, the user can submit the best possible score achieved. The names and countries of those users whose scores are among
the top 20 will be listed on our website. (2)
Standardize the game details: We will
standardize the details for each game so that the scores obtained by
individuals can be compared meaningfully.
The details for each and every game will be given in the relevant
write-up of the game. (3)
Play the game indoor: All the games are
designed for indoor so that the ambient light’s intensity level is not
so high that the brightness alarm can be meaningfully set. (4)
On setting the brightness alarm All the games
involve shining the torchlight emitted by the p.a. Torch into the sensing
unit of the light sensor, and setting a brightness alarm that will be
triggered when the torchlight is blocked.
We would like you to implement the
following procedures for standardization purpose. When the
torch is switched on, the intensity reading shown on the digital
display must be at least 200 lux (you may need to place new batteries
into the torch if necessary). To compensate for a gradual
decrease in the light’s intensity, we suggest that you start off
with 250 lux so that the intensity remains above 200 lux after a
sufficiently long while. When the
torchlight is blocked, the intensity reading shown on the digital
display must be less than 50 lux.
You may achieve it by positioning the sensing unit in a shaded place and/or build a “shelter”
surrounding it, etc.. If sunlight shines directly into the room, you may need to
draw curtains to achieve light intensity below 50 lux.
You need not,
and are not advised to, play the games under a dark environment. Set the
brightness alarm to trigger, when the light intensity goes below
120 lux. (5)
Safety measures We strongly
recommend that you implement safety measures
including the following: Do
not overexert yourself. Remove all
hard and sharp objects from the scene where you are to carry out the game
activities. Do not play the
games on a high ground that has no fencing. |
