I want to register my product for sale now!

The Spirit to do business – innovate, sell and outperform Is the spirit to innovate, sell and outperform essential to only entrepreneurs? In today’s highly connected and competitive world, such an entrepreneurial spirit is crucial to everyone, whether or not they are entrepreneurs! The p.a. Creators therefore set up an entrepreneurial environment – the p.a. entrepreneur’s corner, to stimulate users to innovate, sell and outperform. The products to innovate/sell will be in the form of intellectual properties including:  valuable views;  useful remarks and suggestions;  value-added replies/answers;  good activity, project and/or game proposals; new music segments.   The Trading System For a start, we shall adopt a simplified trading system as follows (a more sophisticated/realistic system will be adopted in future if there is such a need):  There is only one channel to advertise and trade – the p.a. Website here. An interested seller is to fill in a Registration form. Click hereto register your new product.   Each seller is to publicize the product in text from under the advertisement column of limited space.  This is to simulate the constraint that one has only limited fund for advertisement in practice.  Do exercise your creativity to optimize this limited advertisement column to achieve huge business advantage.   Likewise, you have only a limited space to provide the details of each of your product – it is up to you to exploit this limited space to give the fullest details so that your customers realize the best value for money from your product – you then build a “brand name” for your product.  If you succeed in doing so, your customers are likely to buy your future products. We reserve the right to purchase your product with 100 times the IP you ask for, after which we co-own the rights with you in the sense both parties can use the product in any way without a consent from each other, including but not limited to selling and reselling the product in any form.   In line with the above, we, the Creators of the p.a. shall start with zero IP and begin to own some only if some users have indeed purchased our assistance for on-line assessments and projects or our other products. This is to simulate that in real life, no one/company/organization, including the Creators of the p.a., has free resources. Every one/company/organization has to work hard/smart in order to own something. With this, we will not have an ease to buy over all your products blindly, but make a careful evaluation before making a purchase.

We are likely to own more IP than most individuals, since we are a company with many staff who can, and have, systematically come up with a lot of products - in particular the list of assistance for on-line assessments and projects. However, you should not take us as a reference. Instead, you should rightfully compare the IP you earn with those of other users if you are keen to know where you stands because you are an individual but we represent a company.  We reserve the right not to advertise your product if we consider it not being related to p.a. in any sense.  However, you may discuss such non-p.a. issues through clubs created by yourself or others. Some Tips for Sellers We advise that you try making the advertisement attractive so as to attract people's interest, but not so revealing that people do not need to buy the contents anymore. For the time being, we will not charge the seller for the advertisement but shall reserve the right to collect advertisement fees in terms of IP later. On the other hand, we may reward you some IP for each advertisement you put up, since in one way or another, we have an access to the contents of your products (although we do not own the rights to co-possess it). This is not quite the same as our possible purchase of your products as mentioned under "The Trading system", since although we reward you for putting up the advertisement, we may not think your product is worthwhile to possess - but of course, other users may have different opinions. You are to determine the selling price. A strategy you can consider is to start off by giving your products free (i.e., asking for zero IP) or asking for just a token sum of IP so as to create awareness. When you have ac2quired a reputation (for example, when many people access your products in a relatively short time), start to charge. You can find out how many people purchase or access (for the case where you ask for zero IP) through "Goods for Sales" over at the p.a. Website. Watch the column under "Number of Transactions". Also, purchase those good products (for example, those that are not "cheap" but have attracted many buyers) to try figure out some success recipes. The winners will be those with plentiful useful innovative products and good marketing strategies!
